Terms of Service

Operational accounting assistance

MJ Daily Administration records operational inputs and generates files intended for review and manual import into accounting software. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, audit, payroll, or legal advice, and it does not independently verify the accuracy of information entered by users.

Customer verification

Each company is responsible for reviewing dates, account mappings, sales, tenders, tips, expenses, balancing corrections, and generated journals before importing or relying on them. Current accounting backups and appropriate internal approvals must be maintained.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enjan Enterprises is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, accounting decisions, third-party software behavior, or errors caused by inaccurate source data.

Acceptable use and ownership

Users may process only company information they are authorized to handle. The application, branding, source code, database design, workflows, and documentation remain proprietary to Enjan Enterprises.
