MJ Daily Administration processes account details, company memberships, daily sales and tender records, tips, expenses, gift-card and no-show information, generated journal history, security events, and audit information.

Purpose and company separation

Information is used to authenticate users, isolate company workspaces, preserve operational history, generate accounting exports, prevent unauthorized access, and support the service. Users receive access only through an active company membership.

Hosting and security

Information is hosted using Render cloud infrastructure in Oregon, United States. Controls include encrypted transport, password hashing, company-scoped authorization, secure cookies, database constraints, and restricted administration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and rights

Operational and audit records are retained while needed for accounting traceability, support, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Authorized requests for access, correction, export, or deletion may be sent to toebab@gmail.com.
